It takes too much time to manually enter invoice transfers to a bank. That is why ABC GO offers Clients a service consisting in preparing transfers for signing in a bank.
How does it work?
- A client specifies separate access to his/her company’s bank account for an accounting office.
- A client submits documents to an accounting office, in a form and frequency agreed upon between both parties.
- ABC GO credits a bank system automatically, entering payments to a bank directly from a financial system. Export to the bank system is made after a document is entered in the accounts, which is beneficial for data quality and limits possible errors.
- A client accepts all or selected transfers.
Which models of bank transaction management are most frequently chosen by our Clients?
Version 1 –ABC GO prepares transfers of remuneration for employees, Social Security contributions, taxes for a tax office. ABC GO enters a transfer to a bank system. Information about a prepared transfer is delivered to a Client. Clients accept and make a transfer themselves.
Version 2 – ABC GO prepares all transfers, i.e. payments for invoices, remuneration, Social Security contributions and taxes. Our accounting office enters transfers to a banking system with a specified frequency. Clients accept and make transfers themselves.
Version 3 – this is a full version. ABC GO prepares all transfers in a company – invoice payments, Social Security contributions and taxes. Our accounting office enters transfers to a bank system with a specified frequency. ABC GO is authorised by a client to make (accept) payments, so a Client is involved in the payment process to a minimum extent. ABC GO replaces a Client in overall cash flow management.
